BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING SERVICES (BIM)

With competency in MEP design software’s such as Revit and Navisworks,
allows us to offer quality
BIM MEP services. We can integrate our services with the customer’s design process & workflow to deliver complete and coordinated MEP BIM models.
We can also create custom Revit mechanical/electrical/plumbing families which are parametric and can have required LOD.
We embed various levels of detailing into an MEP model (from LOD 100 to LOD 500), depending upon the stage of building design, from initial MEP design (schematic design) to design development to construction documents to fabrication to construction stage.
As part of the services, we provide comprehensive analysis and reports to help
customers further refine their design and the design process:

1) 3D modeling for MEP layout.
2) MEP shop drawings, fabrication and spool drawings.
3) Quantity take-off and BOMs.
4) Scheduling (4D) & cost estimation (5D).
5) MEP content creation for MEP components.
6) BIM consultancy & Implementation.
7) Clash detection to reach a federated model.
8) BIM quality management.

4- Run the Clash-detection
Using Navisworks to run clashes test between all models and exporting a HTML tabular report
5- Review and Resolve Clashes
After resolving clashes, we reload the cache in the Navisworks and make sure resolved clashes are in yellow, and check if any new clashes which will show up in red.

Our MEP Coordination Process

1- Load MEP BIM Template
Load MEP BIM template based on the client’s standards for each of the
listed trades:
mechanical, electrical, plumbing & sanitary and fire protection.
2- Verify the Architectural Model
OUR SERVICES INCLUDE
Verify/Check the coordinate of the Architectural model with MEP models by using
shared coordinates positioning approach before linking them. 3- Prepare the MEP Model
Prepare the MEP model for each of the disciplines – Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing,
and include all elements for coordination within the central file.
